Organize Yahoo Mail automatically, every 10 minutes.
Declutter.ai works in the background on your Yahoo account. It moves newsletters, receipts, promotions and notifications into folders, keeps mail from real people in your inbox, and never deletes anything. You keep using the Yahoo app you already know.
Filters follow rules. Declutter.ai makes the call.
| Declutter.ai | Yahoo filters | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | Connect once in about 2 minutes | One rule per sender, by hand |
| New senders | Sorted automatically | Land in the inbox until you add a rule |
| Same sender, different kinds of mail | Reads each message | Same rule for everything |
| Learns from what you move | Yes | No |
| Deadlines and replies owed | 6am brief | No |
| Your other inboxes | Gmail, iCloud and IMAP too | Yahoo only |
It started on a Yahoo inbox.
The first version of Declutter.ai was built for one very busy Yahoo account belonging to the founder, who runs 13 companies from it. Yahoo is not an afterthought here. It is where the product was proven.
Folders you can see
Filed mail goes into normal Yahoo folders. Open them in the Yahoo app or on the web. Nothing is hidden in another service.
Drag to teach it
Move a message back to the inbox and that sender is protected. Move one to a folder and it learns the rule.
Nothing deleted
It only moves mail. It never deletes a message and never empties your trash.
Common questions
Is this an app I have to use instead of Yahoo Mail?
No. It works in the background on your Yahoo account. You keep using the Yahoo app or website. You just open a cleaner inbox.
How is this different from Yahoo filters?
Filters only do what you tell them, one sender at a time. Declutter.ai reads each message, decides where it belongs and learns from every message you drag. You never write a rule.
How is this different from Yahoo's own AI features?
Yahoo's tools help you catch up inside Yahoo. Declutter.ai actually files your mail into folders on a schedule, covers your other inboxes too, and sends a brief for each inbox.
How do I connect it?
With a Yahoo app password. It takes about two minutes. Our guide walks you through it with each click.
